Welcome!

Saint Mary of the Angels is a church in the Anglican Communion and under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Central Florida - The Rt. Rev. John W. Howe, Bishop. The Diocese is also a member of the Anglican Communion Network.

Those of us who are members of St. Mary of the Angels consider this to be so much more than the building where we worship God on Sunday mornings. Because we are a parish family, we share our joys and sorrows. Fellowship is nurtured and we make deep and lasting friendships. We bring our children to be baptized and confirmed and to learn values and direction as well as faith as they go through life.

We call St. Mary of the Angels our church home because this is where we experience acceptance, belonging, community, stability, serenity and peace. As we grow in our relationship to Jesus Christ we find forgiveness, redemption and eternal life.

Our Mission...

The Mission of St. Mary of the Angels is to: "INSPIRE ALL TO HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST."

INSPIRE - In order to inspire others we first must be INSPIRED.

ALL - We follow diocesean guidlines by extending the love of God and welcome of His Church to all people regardless of race, gender, social or economic status, or past behaviors.

RELATIONSHIP - To have a relationship with another person goes far deeper and is more rewarding than simply knowing someone by name or reputation.

JESUS CHRIST - Knowing that not all relationships are healthy we extend the offer to have a relationship with the Author of our Salvation and the head of the Church.

St. Mary of the Angels is a dynamic and growing church. Established in 1957, we are a multicultural parish of all age groups. We celebrate Holy Eucharist on Sundays at 8 and 10 am.

We learn and grow as Christians and reach out to those in need, and each other because of our faith in Jesus Christ. We invite you to worship with us and feel the embrace of God’s love.

Join us at Christian Education Classes and experience the warmth of St. Mary of the Angels' family. Programs are available for ages 3-12 and Adult (see Worship Schedule for details).

St. Mary’s Choir is made up of dedicated and enthusiastic men and women who help set the spiritual tones of our 10:00 a.m. service on Sundays. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. and Sundays at 9:30 a.m., in the choir room. We’re always looking for new members. Guaranteed seating on major holidays. Join us!

Our Daughters of the King chapter is an active one. These women have pledged themselves to a life-long program of prayer, service and evangelism, dedicated to the spread of Christ’s Kingdom and the strengthening of the life of this parish. Contact Betty Doan, President for more information.

St. Mary of the Angels is proud to announce our first Junior Chapter of The Daughters of the King. Last April, this group of young women gathered for the first time. Junior Daughters range from age 7 through 20 and are under the leadership of Kelly Casey, Directress.
